An estate sale sells items that were treasured by the owners and meant to be kept! A garage/yard sale sells discarded items!

We are fully licensed and bonded, and a full service company with years of experience, that can handle  Estate sales, Auctions, consignment, or total buy-out.  We also do appraisals and inventories when needed. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Don't throw money out the door. Don't take the chance of losing money because of inexperience! You hire local experienced attorneys, accountants and real estate agents to handle your assets. The contents of the home are just as important! Most homes have a certain amount of "trash" but a home also contains a lot of "treasures"! Would you know the difference? If you live in another city or state, you can trust the Estate to our care.

Each estate sale is different, one could take two weeks or six weeks. We never rush a sale, because we want our clients to receive top dollar for their items. Our large following looks forward to the sales we host. We can help with downsizing, relocating, or the loss of a loved one. We have nine (13) years' experience in the probate system, and thirty (30) years dealing with antiques. We handle postcards to furniture and everything else you find in someone's home. We have helped hundreds of families with the difficult task of sorting trash from treasure! Let us do the hard part with our trained eyes and knowledge. We prefer to sort because we know what will sell and the market for it. We separate and pack family photos and private papers (if needed) to be removed by the agent of an estate. We sell everything and leave the house empty and ready to be professionally cleaned. We take care of the estate like we would like ours to be taken care of.
